NO DOUBT ABOUT IT. 200% he is a cheater and HE CHEATED on this occasion. When a player takes a catch 90% he knows if he has taken it cleanly or not.
Looks closely where the ball landed in his gloves, clearly he would have known that it did not carry.

It is pretty much clear that it was a half volley and Dhoni did celebrate but his reaction indicates he wasnt aware of the ball touching ground..he cudn evn see the ball properly..and wat was KP doing..who gave him the right to walk back after the decision has been given..He has no respect for the umpire KP did not play in the right spirit!

Sorry dude, but I know that when I played that I ALWAYS knew when I had made a catch, or nicked a ball. ALWAYS. And I was not as experienced, or anywhere near as good as Dhoni. You say nothing is always., but I could give you many examples of always; such as, for all of your lifetime the sun has always risen and has always set.

ha ha ha, from my knowledge sun doesn't rise or set LOL, we kinda spin around in circle and we see it come up and go down depending on our position on earth etc. But to be fair to you and to be on your level - I have seen a complete sun eclipse? so after rising sun disappears and then reappear before it fall. I just gave something very simple to be fair with you I am not sure of your scientific knowledge.

agree dhoni is a cheat for claiming a catch when he would have known it didnt cary but you dont walk halfway off the ground after the umpire has raised the finger and expect a reversal just accept it and move on
