Correct, end of discussion. The ball is immediately dead as soon as a batsman is out by any means, not just a runout.

However, if the players were unsure as to wethter the first batsman was out of his ground, they are entitled to attempt to run the second batsman out. Again, though, if the first batsman was indeed out of his ground, he is the one given out, as would be the case here.

No, you should 'learn cricket' first. The ball is dead as soon as the first batsman is dismissed. They only continued in case the first batsman was in his ground. Only the guys at the non strikers end would be given out.
